g) Types of payment mode:- By Bank Transfer or Internet Banking, Crossed Cheque or Self-Collection.
2) As the stock level changes quickly, stock availability check will be carried out. Once confirmed, we will inform you by a confirmation e-mail stating the total amount to be paid and transferred.
3) Kindly make payment within 24 hours after receiving our confirmation e-mail. All orders without payment being received after 24 hours will be voided.
4) Wrong transfer of payment will not be considered.
5) Once we have received your payment, your ordered products will be sent to you and you will receive the items within 5 days. Any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstance faced by the delivery company (Singapost) is deeply regretted.
6) For payment by cheque, the deliver time taken will be slightly longer as we need to confirm whether the cheque have been cleared before we proceed with the delivery to you.
7) Due to some lighting effect, the colour of the actual product might be slight different from the display photo.
8) All display prices are fixed and in Singapore currency.
9) We do not cover damages such as breakages, scratches or cracks on the metal, fading or oxidation on the electro-plated finishes as well as snapping of all types of chains due to negligence and /or wear and tear.
10) We reserve the right to change the prices from time to time or cancel any order subject to price discrepancy.
