Refund / Exchange / Cancellation Policy

AN EXCHANGE CAN ONLY BE MADE IF:-

1) The delivery product items is wrongly deliver and was different from the stated purchase in the confirmation e-mail.

2) The delivered product is found to be defective upon receive and unworn with the original packing in tag. The exchange must be carried out within 7 days after the product has been sent out from our side. Buyer must call us immediately or drop us an e-mail about the defective goods receive. Once verified, found to be defective, we will arrange for an exchange for you.

3) If customer decides to change her purchase to another product. You must drops us an e-mail immediately and at the same time do give us a call on the exchange notification before the confirmation e-mail has been sent. This exchange can only be processed once per transaction.

4) No refund or exchanges is allowed after the items has been sold.

5) No cancellation is allowed once the payment already been made.
